Who we help

Companies entering, expanding or competing in pharma and med-tech

In the GCC, foreign manufacturers sell through licensed local agents and importers.

So the choice of market, channel and partner matters. We bring structure and analysis to that choice.

  • Generics & branded generics

Indian and European makers seeking GCC partners.

  • CDMO & contract manufacturers

Testing demand and partner fit in the region.

  • Specialty & sterile injectables

    Hospital- and tender-led portfolios.

  • Med-device & diagnostics

    Choosing or reviewing distributors.

  • Pharma companies in market

Seeing what partners and field teams deliver.

  • Commercial teams elsewhere

Analytics and SFE support in Europe and beyond.

FAQ

Short answers

Do you file registrations or act as our local agent?

How do fees work?

A fixed fee for a defined package, or an hourly rate for advisory work. Both are confirmed in a short written proposal.

About 2–5 weeks. Packages 01 to 03 run 2–3, 3–5 and 2–4 weeks. Package 04 is monthly.

No. Outcomes depend on market, regulatory and partner factors outside our control.

Do you work outside the Middle East?

Yes. Core commercial analytics and SFE support is available for Europe and elsewhere.

  • We do not give legal advice, for example on agency contracts, agency registration or termination.
